PonyflamTM FR-4085 is co-developed between Ponychem co***ny.PonyflamTM FR-4085 is lower-cost antimony trioxide alternatives,making use of proprietary synergistic technology.In many vinyl and halogen systems ,they can provide flame retardant performance co***rable to antimony oxide if at lower cost,and they often havea smoke advantage as well.
PonyflamTM FR-4085 can replace up to 50% of antimony trioxide(Sb2O3) in PVC application.
The first target is PVC wire ,PVC cable ,PVC film compound, which is most difficult application on flame retardant and physical properties.In addition, using PonyflamTM FR-4085 also lower the Density, Specific Gravity, this makes add more inorganic filler, such as CaCO3. This is another cost save factor.
Recently, the test result shows PonyflamTM FR-4085 also can be applied to PP, PE,PBT ,ABSand other resin compound in many halogen systems .
